Address Accuracy

To ensure successful delivery of your order, please make sure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout and includes all necessary details such as street number, building or apartment number, city, state, and postal code.

Heritage Forge is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or incorrectly delivered due to inaccurate or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

PO Box Addresses

We do not ship to PO Box addresses. All orders must include a valid physical residential or business address. Orders placed with PO Box addresses may be delayed or cancelled until a valid shipping address is provided.

Order Processing Time

All orders require processing before shipment.

After payment has been authorized and verified, orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Processing time may vary depending on order volume, product availability, or security verification requirements.

Once an order has been processed and shipped, delivery time will vary depending on the shipping destination and carrier.

  • International Orders: 5–15 business days

Shipping Carriers

We ship orders using reliable global carriers including:

The carrier used for shipment will depend on the destination and the fastest available service.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Shipping Cost

We offer Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders.

There are no additional shipping charges at checkout, regardless of your location.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international shipments, the goods may be imported on behalf of the consignee (buyer). The consignee authorizes Heritage Forge to import the goods on their behalf.

International customers are responsible for paying any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees required by their country.

These charges are not included in the product price and are determined by local customs authorities.

Out of Stock Items

If an item in your order is temporarily out of stock, we will manufacture or restock the item within 7 business days and ship it as soon as it becomes available.

If your order contains multiple items, we may ship available items first and send the remaining item(s) once they are ready.

In case of unexpected delays, our support team will contact you with an updated shipping timeline.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package appears to be lost or missing, please contact our support team within 30 days of the expected delivery date.

We will assist you in working with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue. Please note that carrier investigations may take up to 30 days to complete.

Heritage Forge is not responsible for packages that have been confirmed as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier, but each case will be reviewed individually.

Order Verification & Fraud Protection

To protect our customers and prevent fraudulent transactions, Heritage Forge reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order if suspicious or fraudulent activity is suspected.

We may also request additional verification or require matching billing and shipping addresses when necessary.
