Heritage Forge brings you a 10.5 inch Damascus hunting knife with an upswept blade and a layered hardwood handle. It is a handy size for camp and field work, hand forged and finished by hand, and it comes with a tooled genuine leather sheath.
Blade: Damascus Steel
The blade is hand forged Damascus steel with a wavy layered pattern that flows from the guard to the tip. The edge sweeps up in a deep belly to a raised point, which gives you a long cutting stroke for skinning and slicing. A row of square notches is cut into the spine just ahead of the guard. Every blade is forged by hand, so the pattern on yours will be one of a kind.
Handle: Hardwood
The handle is layered hardwood in warm brown and orange tones, with a bold grain that shows along the whole grip. It swells in the middle to fill the palm, and red and green layered bands sit ahead of a patterned butt cap. At the front, a black spacer with thin colored lines sits behind a patterned double guard. Hardwood is a natural material, so the color and grain will vary from knife to knife.
