Blade: Damascus Steel
The blade is hand forged Damascus steel with a layered pattern that runs in bands from the guard and opens into rings near the tip. A dark etch brings the layers out in strong contrast, and a run of file work is cut into the spine just ahead of the guard. The slim profile and upswept tip make it easy to control for slicing and skinning. Every blade is forged by hand, so the pattern on yours will be one of a kind.
Handle: Bone
The handle is bone, dyed green and black and carved with a leaf and diamond pattern that gives your hand a textured hold. Black spacer bands with thin brass and red lines sit at both ends of the grip, and a brass cap finishes the butt. The brass guard at the front is finished with filed notches. Bone is a natural material, so the color and carving will vary from knife to knife.
