Each blade is acid-etched to reveal its natural waves, then oil-tempered to a Rockwell hardness of 54–60 HRC.

The handle is made from engraved camel bone, accented with brass pins and a hand-cast brass bolster. Decorative file work extends along the spine and tang, adding character and grip. With a 4mm thick blade and a micro-serrated edge from the layered forging process, this handmade Damascus knife excels in cutting, skinning, and field use.
