The 5 inch blade is hand forged from over 500 layers of high carbon steel in a distinctive ladder pattern, unique to each piece. The broad cleaver profile gives strong chopping power and clean control, and five drilled holes through the blade cut weight without losing effectiveness.

Olive Wood Handle

The handle is shaped from natural wood with brass pins and a contrasting spacer. Carved finger grooves give a positive, secure grip, and full tang construction keeps the knife stable under heavy chopping.
