Forged from a mixture of 1095 high-carbon steel and 15N20 nickel steel, the blade is folded repeatedly to form 384 unique layers, producing the signature Damascus pattern. Through an acid-etching process, the nickel layers shine satin silver while the carbon steel darkens, creating the bold contrast that makes Damascus steel so striking. Unlike mass-produced blades, this tracker knife is 100% handmade, ensuring every piece is one of a kind.The blade is hand-sharpened to a razor edge, tempered to 58–60 HRC, and polished to a satin finish for long-lasting performance. With its bull horn handle, this knife not only provides a secure, ergonomic grip but also adds a rugged and natural aesthetic.
