10" Handmade Steel Skinner Knife – Hard Wood Handle

Heritage Forge brings you a 10 inch carbon steel skinner knife with a full tang and a red hardwood handle. It is a broad, hard working knife for skinning and camp tasks, hand forged and finished by hand, and it comes with a black genuine leather sheath.

Blade: Carbon Steel

The blade is hand forged carbon steel with a dark finish and hammered marks left across the flats. It is wide through the middle, with a humped spine and a deep curved belly that gives you a long, sweeping cut for skinning. The bright ground edge stands out against the dark steel. Every blade is forged by hand, so the hammer marks on yours will be one of a kind.

Handle: Hardwood

The handle is layered hardwood in a strong red with dark grain lines running through it. The full tang runs the whole length of the handle, with the scales fixed by three brass lined tube pins. The grip is straight and slim, with an angled butt that sits against the heel of your hand. Hardwood is a natural material, so the color and grain will vary from knife to knife.
