This 11-inch custom hand forged Damascus steel chef knife combines elegance, durability, and functionality, making it a perfect tool for professional chefs, home kitchens, and outdoor cooking. Measuring approximately 11.0 inches in total length, the knife features a 6.0-inch blade and a 5.0-inch handle crafted from premium hardwood with a hand-casted brass bolster for added strength and balance. The blade is hand forged from 1095 and 15N20 high carbon steels, layered into 512 true Damascus layers that create a striking, unique pattern.
