The blade is hand forged Damascus steel with a bold layered pattern that shows as a row of repeating ovals along the upper flat. Below it, a wide ground bevel carries fine wavy lines down to the edge. The long edge runs in a gentle curve that suits slicing, skinning and general camp work. Every blade is forged by hand, so the pattern on yours will be one of a kind.
Handle: Wood and Hardwood
The handle is built from stacked bands of light wood, dark wood and layered hardwood in red, green and black lines, so it reads as stripes from end to end. A dark wood section sits at the front with a mosaic pin set into it. The grip swells toward the butt to fill the hand, and a dark steel double guard at the front keeps your fingers back from the edge. Wood is a natural material, so the color and grain will vary from knife to knife.
