Blade: Damascus Steel
The blade is hand forged Damascus steel with fine layers along the spine and a row of looping arcs that follow the edge. The edge sweeps up in a long belly to a raised point, which gives you a smooth cut for skinning and slicing, and a short run of file work is cut into the spine near the bolster. Every blade is forged by hand, so the pattern on yours will be one of a kind.
Handle: Hardwood
The handle is layered hardwood in warm brown tones with a bold grain. The full tang runs the whole length of the handle, with the scales fixed by two brass pins. A grooved brass bolster sits at the front, and a curved brass pommel hooks behind your hand to lock the grip in place. Hardwood is a natural material, so the color and grain will vary from knife to knife.
