Handmade using 1095 and 15N20 high carbon steel layers (512 true layers), it creates a striking Damascus pattern. This sharp fillet knife retains its edge for extended periods. The micro serrated “saw blade” effect enhances cutting efficiency, while its heat treated blade with 54 HRC ensures long lasting sharpness. It balances the benefits of both a carbon steel fillet knife for edge retention and a stainless steel fillet knife for corrosion resistance.
Handle:
The handle is crafted from stained Pakka wood, complemented with brass spacers and a handmade Damascus steel bolster. Ergonomic and secure, it offers maximum grip and comfort for prolonged filleting tasks. The handle reflects superior craftsmanship, consistent with all our handmade fillet knives.
