Blade:
The blade is crafted from premium D2 steel with a solid 4 mm thickness, ensuring maximum durability and cutting strength. Hand forged using 1095 and 15N20 high carbon steel true layers (512 layers), the blade features a beautiful Damascus pattern formed through hours of forging. This sharp fillet knife offers exceptional edge retention and cutting performance. The micro serrated layered effect enhances slicing efficiency, allowing the blade to keep cutting even when others dull. With a Rockwell hardness of 54 HRC along the edge, it delivers the strength expected from a carbon steel fillet knife while offering durability comparable to a stainless steel fillet knife. The 8" blade provides excellent flexibility for professional fillet knife for fish tasks.
