It’s oil tempered to a Rockwell hardness of 54 HRC at the edge, with a slightly softer spine (42–45 HRC) to resist shock. The false edge grind adds a tactical touch, while the saw-like Damascus layers create a micro-serrated effect that maintains sharpness over time.
