The blade is hand forged Damascus steel with a bold swirling layered pattern in strong light and dark contrast. It is long and broad, with an edge that runs in a gentle curve up to a sharp point, and a short run of file work is cut into the spine just ahead of the guard. Every blade is forged by hand, so the pattern on yours will be one of a kind.
Handle: Rosewood
The handle is rosewood with a rich, warm grain, shaped with a waist in the middle so it sits naturally in the hand. A patterned double guard sits at the front, with a curved lower arm that keeps your fingers back from the edge. A flared, patterned butt cap finishes the handle and gives your hand a stop at the back. Rosewood is a natural material, so the color and grain will vary from knife to knife.
