15" Damascus Bowie Knife –Wood Handle

Heritage Forge brings you a 15 inch Damascus bowie knife with a ring patterned blade and a herringbone wood handle. It is a showpiece knife for collecting, display and camp, hand forged and finished by hand.

Blade: Damascus Steel

The blade is hand forged Damascus steel with a layered pattern that forms small rings across the whole surface, from the guard to the tip. It has the classic bowie shape, with a long straight edge, a curved belly near the front, and a clip that drops the spine to a sharp point. Every blade is forged by hand, so the pattern on yours will be one of a kind.

Handle: Wood

The handle is made from light and dark wood, cut into small pieces and fitted together in a herringbone pattern that wraps around the grip. Dark red glossy sections sit at the front and the butt, set off by thin spacer lines. The grip swells in the middle to fill the hand. A patterned double guard sits at the front, and a patterned cap finishes the butt. Wood is a natural material, so the color and grain will vary from knife to knife.
