The 11 inch blade is hand-forged from 512-layer Damascus steel, created by folding 1095 high carbon steel and 15N20 nickel steel. This forging technique produces a razor-sharp edge with excellent edge retention, and the blade’s unique wave-like pattern enhances both style and cutting power. Heat treated to a Rockwell hardness of 54 at the edge and 42–45 at the spine, the 4 mm thick blade delivers strength and durability.

The 5 inch handle is made from Resin, accented with a hand-cast steel bolster and fine file work on the tang. This ergonomic combination offers a comfortable and reliable grip, ideal for long outdoor sessions.
