Heritage Forge brings you a 7.5 inch Damascus skinner knife with a full tang and an olive wood and pakkawood handle. It is a small, handy knife for skinning and everyday field work, hand forged and finished by hand, and it comes with a tooled genuine leather sheath.

Blade: Damascus Steel

The blade is hand forged Damascus steel with a bold layered pattern that runs in wide, wavy bands across its face. It has a drop point and a deep curved belly that gives you a clean, controlled cut for skinning. A row of thumb notches is cut into the spine, and a finger notch at the base of the edge lets you choke up for close work. Every blade is forged by hand, so the pattern on yours will be one of a kind.

Handle: Olive Wood and Pakkawood

The handle is olive wood with a flowing grain in warm golden tones, set behind a front section of dark pakkawood that frames the blade. The grip is straight and slim, with a squared butt that sits firmly against the heel of your hand. The full tang runs the whole length of the handle, with the scales fixed by four pins. Olive wood is a natural material, so the color and grain will vary from knife to knife.
