Blade: Damascus Steel
The blade is hand forged Damascus steel with a wavy layered pattern that flows from the handle to the tip. A gut hook is cut into the spine near the tip, made for opening hide in one clean pull, and the curved belly below it handles skinning work. Every blade is forged by hand, so the pattern on yours will be one of a kind.
Handle: Wood
The handle is wood in a pale cream tone, cut with two bands of grooves that are darkened so they stand out and add grip. A thin checkered spacer runs across the middle of the grip. The full tang runs the whole length of the handle, with the scales fixed by four pins and a lanyard hole in the exposed steel at the butt. Wood is a natural material, so the color and markings will vary from knife to knife.
