8.5" Custom Handmade Twist Damascus Steel Skinner Knife with Hardwood Handle

Heritage Forge brings you an 8.5 inch Damascus skinner knife with a full tang and a curved orange and black hardwood handle. It is a compact, comfortable knife for skinning and everyday field work, hand forged and finished by hand, and it comes with a genuine leather sheath.

Blade: Damascus Steel

The blade is hand forged Damascus steel with a wavy layered pattern that flows from the handle toward the tip. It runs straight out of the handle with clean grind lines, and its slim, compact size gives you close control for skinning and detail cuts. Every blade is forged by hand, so the pattern on yours will be one of a kind.

Handle: Hardwood

The handle is layered hardwood in bright orange and black, shaped so the layers show as bold bands across the grip and along the edges. It sweeps back in a long curve and ends in a hooked butt that keeps your hand from sliding off the end. The full tang runs the whole length of the handle, with the scales fixed by three pins. Hardwood is a natural material, so the color and layering will vary from knife to knife.
