Blade: Damascus Steel The blade is hand forged from genuine Damascus steel with a curved belly that sweeps up to the point, giving you long, smooth strokes when separating hide. Notches along the spine give your thumb a secure grip for detail work, and the layered pattern flows across the whole face of the steel.
Handle: Bone The handle is jigged bone in a warm honey tone, with a deeply textured surface that grips well even with wet hands. A polished steel bolster sits at the front, a matching steel pommel caps the butt, and two pins secure the bone.
