Blade: Damascus Steel

The blade is folded Damascus steel with a bold swirling layered pattern, full of rings and waves that stand out in sharp contrast. It is short and wide, with a drop point and a deep curved belly that gives you clean, controlled strokes for skinning and caping. A stepped shoulder at the base leads neatly into the handle. Each blade is forged by hand, so the pattern on yours will be one of a kind.

Handle: Hardwood

The handle is layered hardwood in orange, cream and black, shaped so the layers open into ring shaped patterns along the grip. Two steel pins hold it firmly to the full tang for strength and balance, and a brass colored lined lanyard hole at the butt lets you add a cord. The rounded shape fills the hand comfortably during long sessions of work.
