Blade: Damascus Steel The blade is hand forged from genuine Damascus steel with a curved belly that sweeps up to the point, letting you separate hide from meat with long, smooth strokes. The layered pattern flows across the whole face of the steel.
Handle: Wood The handle alternates light wood at the front and rear with a darker wood center, divided by red spacers and secured with brass pins. A finger hole at the front locks in your index finger, and a steel finger ring at the butt adds another point of control, so the knife stays steady in your hand during detailed cuts.
