Heritage Forge brings you an 8 inch Damascus skinner knife with a bold swirling blade, a full tang and a handle of carved bone and black micarta. It is compact, hand forged and made for skinning and field dressing, with a handle that stands out in any collection.

Blade: Damascus Steel

The blade is folded Damascus steel with a bold swirling layered pattern across its full width. Its compact, wide shape gives you close control for skinning, caping and other careful work around game. The full tang runs through the handle for strength and balance when you put pressure on a cut. Each blade is forged by hand, so the pattern on yours will be one of a kind.

Handle: Bone and Micarta

The handle pairs natural bone with black micarta. The rear of the grip is carved with a center line and rows of angled grooves, stained a warm honey color that makes the carving stand out. A smooth white bone section leads into a black micarta front section, which is tough, stable and resists moisture. Two brass colored pins hold the handle firmly to the full tang.
