Blade: Damascus Steel
The blade is hand forged Damascus steel with a tight wavy layered pattern that runs from the handle to the tip. It is short and wide, with a drop point and a curved belly that gives you a clean, controlled cut for skinning. Thumb notches are cut into the spine near the handle for extra control. Every blade is forged by hand, so the pattern on yours will be one of a kind.
Handle: Resin
The handle is black resin with white chips scattered through it, so every side shows a different mix of shapes. The full tang runs the whole length of the handle, and the grip curves down at the butt to sit securely in the palm. The smooth finish is easy to wipe clean after use. Resin is cast and finished by hand, so the layout of the chips will vary from knife to knife.
