Blade: Damascus Steel
The blade is hand forged Damascus steel with a wavy layered pattern in clear light and dark lines. A run of file work is cut into the spine just ahead of the guard, a detail made by hand one notch at a time. The compact size gives you close control for skinning and detail cuts. Every blade is forged by hand, so the pattern on yours will be one of a kind.
Handle: Bone and Hardwood
The handle is bone dyed a deep green, shaped into a smooth grip with soft flats that sit well in the hand. A mosaic pin is set in the middle of the grip. A dark layered hardwood section sits at the front, and a ring of red layered hardwood leads to a brass cap at the butt. The brass guard is finished with filed notches along its edge. Bone and hardwood are natural materials, so the color and grain will vary from knife to knife.
