8" Handmade Twist Damascus Karambit Knife with Hardwood Handle

Heritage Forge brings you an 8 inch Damascus karambit knife with a full tang and a blue hardwood handle. It is a compact, curved knife for collecting, display and utility cutting, hand forged and finished by hand, and it comes with a genuine leather sheath.

Blade: Damascus Steel

The blade is hand forged Damascus steel with a wavy layered pattern that follows the curve of the steel. It has the classic karambit shape, sweeping forward in a deep hook toward the tip, which pulls material into the edge as you cut. The flat near the handle keeps a bolder, more open pattern that sets off the fine lines below it. Every blade is forged by hand, so the pattern on yours will be one of a kind.

Handle: Hardwood

The handle is layered hardwood in blue and tan, shaped with notches along both edges that set your fingers in place. The full tang runs the whole length of the handle and opens into a steel finger ring at the butt, which locks the knife in your hand. The scales are fixed with two brass lined tube pins. Hardwood is a natural material, so the color and layering will vary from knife to knife.
