9.5" Custom Damascus Steel Hunting Knife with Hard Wood Handle & Sheath

Heritage Forge brings you a 9.5 inch Damascus hunting knife with a full tang and a blue and black hardwood handle. It is a sturdy, modern looking knife for field and camp work, hand forged and finished by hand.

Blade: Damascus Steel

The blade is hand forged Damascus steel with a bold swirling layered pattern, etched dark so the layers stand out in sharp contrast. It has a drop point and a wide ground bevel that runs down to a long curved edge, which handles slicing, skinning and general camp cutting. Every blade is forged by hand, so the pattern on yours will be one of a kind.

Handle: Hardwood

The handle is layered hardwood in blue and black, shaped so the layers show as rings and bands across the grip, with lighter tan streaks between them. The full tang runs the whole length of the handle, with the scales fixed by three large pins. The grip narrows in the middle and flares at the butt to keep your hand in place, and a brass lined lanyard hole is set at the end. Hardwood is a natural material, so the color and grain will vary from knife to knife.
