9" Custom Damascus Skinner Knife – Hard wood Handle

Heritage Forge brings you a 9 inch Damascus skinner knife with a full tang and an orange layered hardwood handle. It is a sturdy, bright knife for skinning and everyday field work, hand forged and finished by hand.

Blade: Damascus Steel

The blade is hand forged Damascus steel with a bold swirling layered pattern, etched dark so the layers stand out in sharp contrast. It is wide and strong, with a drop point and a deep curved belly that gives you a clean, controlled cut for skinning. Every blade is forged by hand, so the pattern on yours will be one of a kind.

Handle: Hardwood

The handle is layered hardwood in orange and cream, shaped so the layers show as rings and bands across the grip. The full tang runs the whole length of the handle, with the scales fixed by three large pins. A deep finger groove at the front sets your grip behind the blade, and a lined lanyard hole is set in the flared butt. The bright color is easy to spot if you put the knife down in grass or leaves. Hardwood is a natural material, so the color and grain will vary from knife to knife.
