Heritage Forge brings you a 9 inch Damascus hunting knife with a wide drop point blade and a two tone wood handle. It is a handy, solid knife for field and camp work, hand forged and finished by hand.

Blade: Damascus Steel

The blade is hand forged Damascus steel with a bold flowing layered pattern that runs in wide bands from the guard to the tip. It is broad for its length, with a drop point and a deep curved belly that gives you a clean, controlled cut for skinning and slicing. Every blade is forged by hand, so the pattern on yours will be one of a kind.

Handle: Wood

The handle is wood in two natural tones, dark brown at the front and shading to a warm golden color at the butt. The grip is smooth and contoured, with a gentle swell that fills the palm and a rounded butt that sits comfortably in the hand. A patterned guard with a short finger guard sits at the front. Wood is a natural material, so the color and grain will vary from knife to knife.
