The blade is folded Damascus steel with a bold swirling layered pattern that runs from the guard to the tip. Its curved belly and dropped point give you smooth, controlled strokes for skinning and slicing, and a stepped shoulder at the base leads cleanly into the guard. Each blade is forged by hand, so the pattern on yours will be one of a kind.
Handle: Bone and Hardwood
The handle starts with a smooth white bone section behind the guard, followed by stacked hardwood rings in red, black, blue and green, each separated by a thin brass spacer. A brass guard with filework along its edge sits at the blade, and a brass butt cap finishes the end of the grip. The rounded shape fills the hand comfortably during long work in the field.
