The blade is forged from 512 true layers of 1095 and 15N20 high carbon steel, producing a stunning flowing Damascus pattern that continues all the way to the edge. This microscopic saw-blade effect gives the blade exceptional cutting ability, maintaining sharpness much longer than conventional knives.

Heat treated to a Rockwell hardness of 50-54 HRC on the edge and 42-45 HRC on the spine, the 4 mm thick blade is hand ground on both sides with a false edge on top for enhanced cutting performance. The tang features intricate file work, showcasing master craftsmanship.
