Custom Hand Forged Damascus Chef Knife with Hardwood Full Tang Handle

This is a custom hand-made Damascus steel blade chef knife with a durable full tang and a beautifully crafted hard wood handle. All our Damascus is genuine and not just an acid etch. It is made from a mixture of 1095HC and 15N20 nickel carbon steel, heated together and folded repeatedly to create 384 layers. The blade is then treated with acid, which turns the nickel layers a satin color while the high carbon steel turns blackish gray, revealing the intricate Damascus pattern. After acid treatment, the blade and handle are high-polished, producing a sleek, satin-like finish. Each knife is unique due to its handmade nature, making it a functional piece of art ideal for professional chefs, home cooking, and collectors alike.
