Custom Lot Of 5 Handmade Hammered Chef Set Knife

This stunning custom lot of 5 handmade hammered Damascus steel chef knives features blades with an overall length ranging from 10.0 to 13.0 inches. Each blade is oil tempered to 58-60 HRC and sharpened precisely at a 20-degree angle for excellent cutting performance. Our Damascus steel is authentic, not just acid-etched, and is created by expertly heating and folding a blend of 1095 high carbon steel and 15N20 nickel carbon over and over to produce 384 layers. After forging, the blades are burned in acid, turning the nickel layers a satin color and the high carbon layers a blackish gray, exposing the beautifully layered Damascus pattern. The metal is high polished, especially on the handles, and the acid burned layer is buffed off the handle while retaining the satin finish on the blade edge. These knives are 100% handmade with no CNC machining, ensuring exceptional craftsmanship and durability in every piece.
