Stunning custom lot of 5 handmade hammered Damascus steel blade chef knives. Each blade is crafted from real Damascus steel, not just acid-etched. Our Damascus steel is made by expertly layering and folding a mixture of 1095HC and 15N20 nickel carbon steels 384 times. After forging, the blade is burned in acid to reveal the distinct nickel satin color with high carbon steel showing a blackish gray, exposing the unique layered pattern known as "Damascus." While all Damascus blades are acid-etched to reveal layers, our high polish on the metal results in a shiny satin finish like premium steels. The acid burn highlights the blade’s striking layered design while the edge is sharpened to perfection.The handles are meticulously high polished, buffing off the acid layer to create a smooth, elegant finish. All knives come 100% handmade with no CNC machining, ensuring each piece is unique with subtle handmade characteristics.
