This stunning custom lot includes 5 handmade hammered Damascus steel chef knives with overall lengths ranging from 10.0" to 13.0". Each blade is oil-tempered to 58-60 HRC and sharpened at a precise 20-degree angle for superior cutting performance. Our Damascus steel is genuine, not just acid-etched, made from a combination of 1095HC and 15N20 nickel carbon. The steel is repeatedly heated and folded to create 384 layers, then acid-burned to reveal the unique patterning of nickel satin and high-carbon blackish gray. Afterward, the handles are polished, and the blade edges are honed to perfection. Every knife is 100% handmade, offering a true artisanal tool for professional chefs and kitchen enthusiasts alike.
