The head has been meticulously cleaned, custom-shaped, smoothed, polished, and finished with a matt satin texture. The cutting edge is sharpened to precision, sharp enough to slice a grape, making it both functional and visually striking.The raised-grain ergonomic handle is hand-crafted from seasoned ash with a straight end grain, naturally colored, and treated with teak oil and beeswax for superior grip and shine. The handle measures 15 1/2 inches, perfectly balanced for control, while the poll to bit measures 5 1/3 inches and the cutting edge 3 3/4 inches. This design ensures the axe is light, fast, and devastating, yet easy to spin and manipulate.
