The handle is made of beautiful olive wood, shaped for a secure grip and finished with a hand-cast brass bolster for added elegance and durability. The blade edge is heat-treated to a Rockwell hardness of 50-54, while the spine measures 42-45, ensuring both strength and flexibility. Full tang construction and precise hand grinds provide balance, strength, and a professional cutting experience.
