Exclusive Custom Handmade 3-Piece Damascus Steel Chef Knife Set with 384 Layers

This Custom Lot of 3 Handmade Damascus Steel Blade Chef Set Knives are crafted with precision and care. Our Damascus steel is authentic and not just an acid etch. It is made by combining 1095HC and 15N20 nickel carbon steels, heated together and folded repeatedly to create a minimum of 384 layers. The blade is then burned in acid, which transforms the nickel layers to a satin color and the high carbon layers to a blackish gray, beautifully exposing the layered Damascus pattern. Polishing the metal results in a shiny satin finish like all steels, but only after acid burning the blade sides do the distinctive layers of Damascus appear. After crafting, the handles are highly polished, and a sharp edge is applied to the blade. The polishing process buffs off the acid burn on the handle while maintaining a satin finish on the blade edge. All our knives are 100% handmade with meticulous attention to detail.
