The Forged Clever Chopper Axe Knife is a versatile handmade piece designed for outdoor adventures, hunting, and camping. Measuring an overall length of approximately 10 inches, this striking axe knife features a 4-inch Damascus steel blade paired with a 6-inch handle crafted from mixed materials for both durability and comfort. The handle is carefully shaped to provide a secure grip, making it reliable for demanding outdoor tasks.
The blade is hand forged from a blend of 1095 and 15N20 steel, folded repeatedly to form a strong and resilient edge with a Rockwell hardness of 58–60 HRC. This forging method creates over hundreds of layers that are revealed through acid etching, producing a bold twist pattern that shimmers in contrasting shades of dark and silver. The design is both visually stunning and practical, offering superior toughness, edge retention, and cutting performance.
To protect this unique piece, the Clever Chopper comes with a premium thick leather sheath, hand-tooled and stitched for long-lasting use. Whether carried for outdoor survival, camping, or as a collectible, this handmade Damascus chopper is a functional work of art that combines traditional craftsmanship with modern strength.
