The blade is heat-treated and oil-tempered for a Rockwell hardness of 54–60 HRC, ensuring excellent edge retention and rugged durability.

The handle combines stained camel bone and rich hardwood, reinforced with brass spacers and epoxy for lifetime strength. Finished with a handmade brass guard and butt cap, it offers balance, comfort, and a distinctive aesthetic. The 4 mm thick blade has a fine grind with a false top edge, making it as functional as it is beautiful.
