This Hand Forged Damascus Steel Hunting Clever Chopper Axe Knife combines precision, durability, and artistry. The blade is crafted from a mixture of 1095 and 15N20 high-carbon steel, hand-folded repeatedly to create a minimum of 288 layers. Acid-etched to reveal a stunning Damascus pattern, the blade is sharpened at 20 degrees and oil-tempered to 58–60 HRC, ensuring exceptional edge retention and cutting performance.
Featuring an overall length of 13.9 inches, a 6.1-inch blade, and a 7.8-inch solid hard wood handle with a wooden bolster, this knife offers outstanding balance, comfort, and control. The Clever Chopper’s design provides the perfect balance of hardness, flexibility, and toughness, making it ideal for hunting, outdoor tasks, or as a centerpiece in any knife collection.
Included is a premium hand-tooled leather sheath, crafted for durability and rugged use. Each knife is entirely handmade, guaranteeing a unique piece with subtle variations that enhance its character.
