This custom hand-forged Damascus steel full tang chef knife is a true work of art, designed and handmade by Rody Stan. The gorgeous Damascus steel blade, measuring 5.0" in length with an overall knife length of 9.0", is 4 mm thick and crafted for both beauty and functionality. The blade has undergone excellent heat treatment, giving it a Rockwell hardness of 54 along the edge and 42-45 along the spine. The superb Corelon handle is fastened with brass pins and reinforced with strong epoxy for lifetime durability, providing a comfortable and secure grip. Each knife is uniquely hand-forged, showcasing intricate Damascus patterns, hand grinds, and a false edge on the top side. This chef knife is ideal for professional chefs, cooking enthusiasts, or collectors seeking a unique, high-quality tool. Please note, the knife comes without a leather sheath.
