Specifications:
The knife measures a total length of 11.5 inches, featuring a 6.5-inch razor-sharp blade and a 5-inch full tang handle for balance and strength. The blade is oil tempered to a Rockwell hardness of 58–60 HRC and sharpened at a precise 20-degree angle for superior cutting efficiency. This knife comes complete with a durable sheath for safe storage and convenient carrying.
How Our Damascus Is Made:
All our Damascus is 100% real, not just an acid etch. We use a blend of 1095 high carbon steel and 15N20 nickel carbon, heated and folded repeatedly to create 384 intricate layers. The blade is then acid-etched to reveal its striking black and satin pattern, exposing the unique layers of the steel. After forging, the handles are high polished, and the edges are hand sharpened to provide both beauty and exceptional functionality.
Key Features:
This knife is not only visually stunning but also highly functional. Its full tang design ensures strength and durability, while the razor-sharp edge provides effortless precision. The hand-forged Damascus blade makes it a unique collectible and a reliable tool for everyday cooking tasks.
Care Instructions:
To maintain the beauty and longevity of your Damascus steel knife, always clean it with a dry, soft cloth after each use. Apply a thin coat of coconut or mineral oil on the blade to prevent rust. Avoid leaving the knife in its sheath for long periods, as leather can retain moisture. Store it in a dry environment for best results.
