We use a premium blend of 1095 high carbon steel and 15N20 nickel steel, folded repeatedly to create 384 layers that produce an exceptional pattern and structure. This real Damascus steel blade is not acid-etched but crafted using a traditional forging process. After layering, the blade is acid-bathed to reveal the striking contrast between nickel and carbon, followed by precise hand sharpening for a satin-finished cutting edge.

The handle is made from high-quality resin, ergonomically designed for a comfortable and reliable grip, and fitted with a hand-cast steel bolster for added balance and durability.
