Unique & Rare Heritage Forge Custom Damascus Steel Hand Forged Full Tang Chef Knife Set with Beautiful Resin Handles and Stainless Steel Bolsters – PT-037. The exact items shown in the photos will be received. Each blade is made from a Damascus steel combination of 1095 and 15N20, folded repeatedly to create a stunning pattern with a minimum of 288 layers. The acid etching brings out the layers beautifully while sharpening the edge to razor perfection.
Blade is sharpened to a 20-degree edge and tempered via oil quenching to 58–60 HRC for excellent toughness and edge retention. Damascus blades should be oiled after each use and kept away from leather sheaths to prevent staining.
