The blade is hand-forged from 1095 and 15N20 high-carbon steels, producing 512 true layers of patterned Damascus. Thanks to expert heat treatment, the blade boasts a Rockwell hardness of 50–54 HRC at the edge and 42–45 HRC along the spine. This edge retention allows for consistent performance even after extended use, thanks to the microscopic saw-like pattern naturally formed in layered steel.

The handle features a captivating combination of engraved camel bone and hardwood, both durable and visually striking. The knife is fitted with a hand-cast solid brass bolster, adding strength, elegance, and balance.
