Lot Of 2 Handmade Hammered Damascus Steel Blade Chef Set Knife

This stunning custom lot includes 2 handmade hammered Damascus steel chef knives, with overall lengths ranging from 12.0" to 13.0". Each blade is oil tempered to a hardness of 58-60 HRC and sharpened at a precise 20-degree angle for superior cutting performance. Our Damascus steel is authentic, created by folding a blend of 1095HC and 15N20 nickel carbon steel bars repeatedly to form 384 intricate layers. The blades are then acid-etched, revealing the beautiful nickel satin and blackish gray contrast of the layered steel — a hallmark of true Damascus craftsmanship. After forging, the blades and handles are carefully hand polished, with the acid burn on the handle buffed to a satin finish. Every knife is 100% handmade, without any CNC machining, making each piece unique and of exceptional quality.
