HOW OUR DAMASCUS IS MADE:
All our Damascus is genuine — never just an acid etch. It is a forged blend of 1095HC and 15N20 nickel carbon steels. These metals are heated, folded repeatedly to achieve our signature 384-layer pattern, and then acid-bathed to reveal the striking contrast: nickel becomes a satin hue, while high carbon darkens to a blackish gray. The visible “Damascus” pattern is the true structure of the steel, not a surface decoration.Once the blade is complete, we high polish the handles and finish the edges to perfection. This process buffs away the acid-burned layer on the handle area while keeping the blade’s unique pattern sharp and defined. Every knife is individually handmade, ensuring unique variations and artisanal quality. The set comes housed in a premium leather bag for secure storage and transport.
