Authentic Damascus Steel – Not Just an Etch
Our Damascus is forged from 1095 high-carbon steel and 15N20 nickel steel. The steel is heated, folded, and layered repeatedly—384 layers in total—before being acid-etched to reveal the stunning, natural Damascus pattern. The nickel layers produce a satin finish, while the high-carbon layers darken to a blackish-gray, creating striking contrast.
