Our Damascus steel is crafted from a mixture of 1095HC and 15N20 nickel carbon. The metals are heated and folded repeatedly to achieve 384 layers, creating a blade that is not only strong and durable but also beautifully patterned. After forging, the blade is acid burned, revealing the striking nickel satin and blackish-gray layers that make each knife unique. The high polishing process ensures a satin finish and a razor-sharp edge while maintaining the visual appeal of the Damascus layers. Each knife is 100% handmade and polished to perfection.
